The availability of each payment method depends on the place and method of delivery and is analyzed as follows:

2. DELIVERIES: COST OF SHIPMENT, METHODS AND TIMES OF DELIVERY
 
All of the following delivery times refer to orders placed until 14:00 unless otherwise stated. Orders after 14:00 are counted as orders of the following day.
 
A) Delivery to the customer’s address in ATHENS(including all the municipalities of ATTICA except for the municipalities with a postal code from 19000 to 19999):
Days and hours of delivery. Deliveries are made every day except Sunday between 10:00 and 18:00 with van cooler or other suitable means. For deliveries between a shorter time limit, for example 16:00 to 18:00 or after 18:00, the CLIENT must notify it during the submission of the order, referring to the "order comments" field. It is then confirmed by Provence as to the most feasible delivery.
Shipping costs: Shipping costs are adjusted according to the selected delivery time:

1. Delivery on the same day: The shipping cost for orders with delivery on the same day is fifteen euros (15 €) for orders up to one hundred euros (100 €.) For orders over one hundred euros (100 €) the shipping cost is free for the customer.
The delivery of the order on the same day is only possible for orders placed until 12:00 am and a telephone confirmation is required from the customer for the correct and timely receipt by the Company.
 
2. Delivery within 2 working days. The shipping cost for orders with delivery within 2 business days is seven euros (7 €.). For orders over fifty euros (50 €), shipping costs are free for the customer.
 
B) Delivery to the customer's address in the suburbs of Athens (PC 19000 to 19999)
Days and hours of delivery: Deliveries are made every day except Sunday between 10:00 and 18:00 with van cooler or other suitable means. For deliveries between a shorter time limit of 16:00 to 18:00 or after 18:00, the CLIENT must notify it at the time of submission of the order and be confirmed by Provence with regard to the most feasible delivery.
 
Shipping costs:
Shipping costs are fifteen euros (15 €) for orders worth up to fifty euros (50 €). For orders of value from fifty euros (50 €) to one hundred euros (100 €) the shipping cost is seven euros (7 €). For orders over one hundred euros (100 €) no shipping costs are charged to the customer.
Delivery of the order is performed within three working days of receipt of the order.
 
C) Delivery to Provence store, 12 Theofanous str., Ampelokipi 11523, 2108981435.
Delivery of the order may take place within 4 hours from the dispatch of the order if it has been placed by 12:00 am and a telephone confirmation is required. D) Delivery to OTHER areas and cities of Greece other than the above:
 
The shipment shall be made in heat-insulated packaging from a pharmaceutical type with ice packs capable of maintaining the desired temperature for 70 hours with the exception of July and August and shipments with shipping companies using refrigerants during shipment.
1) With Speedex courier company.
 
Place of delivery: The Client may choose to pick himself up from a Speedex store during the opening hours, or to pick up at the address of his wish. Orders in cities where there is no Speedex store are only executed upon receipt from a Speedex store.
 
Delivery time. Orders placed between Monday and Wednesday are delivered within four working days to a Speedex branch. Orders placed between Thursday and Sunday are delivered on the same days the following week.
 
For the pick-up option from a Speedex store, delivery time is defined as the time until delivery to the Speedex store and not until delivery by the customer. For delivery to the Customer’s address there is no delivery time commitment.
 
Delivery days: Deliveries can be made from Tuesday to Saturday.
 
Shipping costs: The cost is 7 € for orders up to 50 €. For orders from 50 € to 100 € the shipping cost is 3 €. For orders over 100 € free shipping. Shipping costs include the cost of thermal insulation packaging.
 
Liability of the Company: Provence assumes no responsibility for the time of delivery of Speedex to the customer when the place of delivery is not the branch of Speedex and consequently for the suitability for consumption of the products when the delivery takes place after 70 hours, starting from delivery of the company to Speedex Athens. Provence recommends that customers avoid delivery at a Speedex branch in order to avoid late deliveries.
 
2) With another courier company or delivery to an Athens agency of customer choice or delivery to KTEL
 
2.1. With another courier company. The customer undertakes the call and the handling of the transport as well as its cost:
Place of delivery: The Provence store, 12 Theofanous Street, Ampelokipoi.
Delivery time to courier: In one working day.
Packing cost: 3 euros.
 
2.2. At a transport agency that is suggested by the customer.
Place of delivery to the customer: The warehouses of the transport agency.
Time of delivery to the Athens warehouses of the agency: Within 2 working days and according to the availability of the agency.
Shipping cost:seven euros 7 €
 
2.3. In a customer referral KTEL:
Place of delivery: KTEL of Athens
Delivery time to the agency: Within 2 working days and according to the availability of KTEL.
Shipping cost:seven euros - 7 €
 
3. WEAK LICENSE WITHOUT HIGH VIOLENCE
If for reasons of force majeure (e.g. bad weather, strikes, servers, etc.) it is not possible, or we estimate that it is quite possible, not to deliver the order within the prescribed time, the company shall inform placing the Customer at his or her discretion to decide or postpone the delivery or cancellation of the order.
4. MINIMUM SHELF LIFE OF PRODUCTS FOR SALE.
Provence has the software to automatically withdraw from the online catalog products that have a shelf life of less than 7 days. It can therefore guarantee that all products have a minimum of 3 days from the day of delivery until they expire.
