Visiting and using the Online Store automatically implies automatic acceptance of these Terms of Use. In case of disagreement with the following terms and conditions, the visitor must not use the Online Store. Provence reserves the right to unilaterally modify, add, change or renew the content or services of the Online Store, as well as the terms of use, whenever it deems it necessary and without prior warning, by only announcing them through the Online Store. 

 

PRODUCTS OF THE ONLINE STORE 

 

Through the online store, cheeses and other foods (hereinafter "products") from the Provence product range are available for sale. Online Store prices are only valid for orders through it. The online store www.provence.gr cannot provide any guarantee for the availability of the products, but it guarantees the timely information of the final consumers about their unavailability. The photos of the products are indicative and the colors in which they appear may have deviations. We do not represent or warrant the accuracy or reliability of any information or content regarding any products or services, software or advertisements contained on, distributed through, or obtained from this Website as well as third-party content to which you are hyperlinked from the Website or which the Website provides you with access to. 

 

INTELLECTUAL AND INDUSTRIAL PROPERTY RIGHTS 

 

The content and services of the Online Store, the images, graphics, photographs, any designs, texts and generally all its files, are intellectual property, distinctive features and registered trademarks and/or service marks of Provence and are protected according to the relevant provisions of the current legislation, they are made available to its users strictly for personal (non-commercial or profit-making) use. None of them may be sold, copied, modified, reproduced, republished or "uploaded", transmitted or distributed in any way, in whole or in part, without Provence's prior written permission. The names, images, logos and distinctive features representing Provence or third parties and their products or services are the exclusive trademarks of Provence or third parties, protected by relevant trademark laws. Their appearance in the Online Store should in no way be understood as a transfer or assignment of a license or right to use them. You may also not modify, translate, decompress, reverse engineer or create derivative works using any software or accompanying documentation offered by Provence or its licensors. 

 

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY OF PROVENCE 

 

PROVENCE offers the products of the Online Store for sale in accordance with the present terms of use and the applicable legislation. PROVENCE is not responsible for any damages or losses that may be caused to customers and/or users of the Online Store, beyond the obligation to return and replace products as defined below. PROVENCE is not responsible for any form of damage (actual, special or loss of earnings, which indicatively and not restrictively, disjunctively and/or cumulatively consists of loss of profits, data, lost earnings, monetary satisfaction, etc.) suffered by the visitor / user of the Online Store or a third party for a reason related to the operation or use of its services, pages, options and contents and/or the inability to provide services and/or information available from it and/or any unauthorized interventions by third parties in products and/or services and/or information available through it. In the above causes, it is expressly agreed that possible errors or omissions during the electronic registration of the information provided (prices, product characteristics, etc.) are included, as well as errors, omissions or technical reasons of any kind, which affect or suspend for a reasonable period of time the operation of the Online Store and/or its services. PROVENCE bears no responsibility, in cases of faulty operation of the Online Store or in general the inability or faulty provision of its services due to random events or reasons of force majeure or reasons caused by the fault of other entities.

By using this website, the visitor/user gives his consent to PROVENCE, to use this information by PROVENCE or by its affiliated companies. PROVENCE is entitled to transmit the personal data to its affiliated companies in Greece and abroad for the purposes of operational and computerized service of our business relationship or for statistical or historical reasons, as defined in L. 2472/97. CANCELLATION OF AN ORDER 

 

For any cancellation of an order (total or partial) you should send an e-mail to orders@provence.gr. This possibility is offered to you until the moment we inform you about the shipment of your order. After this time, cancellation is not possible. 

 

PRICES OF PRODUCTS SOLD 

 

The prices listed in the relevant catalogs under each product include VAT (13% & 24%), while provence.gr reserves the right to adjust the prices. Please note that some products due to being standardized and packaged by their supplier or hand cut by us may vary by up to 80 grams in the weight per package described on our website for a specific product price 

 

WITHDRAWAL - PRODUCT RETURNS 

 

The products sold by Provence belong to the category of perishables and based on no. 2144/2013, article 3l on consumer rights, they are excluded from the consumer's right of withdrawal. Therefore, Provence for the protection of public hygiene cannot accept returns on the products sold on its website. 

However, Provence may refund the purchase price for products delivered that are proven to be defective as a result of its negligence, and without tampering with their packaging, and provided that the product has been properly stored. In this case, it returns the corresponding price within 10 working days while maintaining the discretion to request their return at its own expense in the cost of shipping and with the appropriate means that will defend the rules of hygiene. PROVENCE recommends that you check carefully at the time of delivery of your order, the condition of the products sold and the intactness of their packaging, in order to identify any obvious defects. In any case and due to the vulnerability of the products it sells, claims for compensation for defects will not be accepted when they are made 24 hours upon their receipt.
